Call Center Privacy Notice

As PLT Yazılım Bilişim Tek. Tic. San. Ltd. Şti. ("Company"), we would like to inform you in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK when you call our call center.

1. Processed Personal Data

The following personal data is processed when you call our call center:

• Identity Information: Name, surname
• Contact Information: Phone number
• Voice Recording: Voice recording during the call
• Request/Complaint Information: Requests and complaints communicated during the call

2. Processing Purposes

Your personal data collected through our call center is processed for the following purposes:

• Receiving and resolving your request
• Providing technical support service
• Evaluating and improving service quality
• Fulfillment of legal obligations
• Use as evidence in possible disputes

3. About Voice Recording

Phone conversations made with our call center are recorded for the purpose of improving service quality and fulfilling legal obligations. You are informed about this before the conversation.

4. Data Storage Duration

Voice recordings are stored for 2 (two) years. Other personal data is stored for the duration required by the processing purpose.

5. Your Rights

You can apply to kvkk@pltyazilim.com to exercise your rights within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK.
